Re-furbished Spaleck 2 x 6.5m Flip Flow Screen

Having undergone a complete strip down and re-build the refurbished Spaleck Flip Flow Screen will give years of trouble free screening.

Designed for the screening of problematic sticky materials with material splits from 1mm to 50mm.

Flip Flows are widely used in the recycling industry, creating an active flow of material, constantly being tossed and turned along the length of the screening area making them very effective.

Works to be carried out on the screen before dispatch, include:

  • Complete strip-down
  • Shot blasting
  • Primer & finish paint coats in a colour of your choice
  • New screen mats (choice of hole size)
  • New rubber blocks
  • New bearings
  • New drive

The Spaleck screen can be supply only or our team can design it to be fully integrated into an existing plant, or a bespoke turnkey plant.
